We partnered with a battery recycling start-up that was looking to communicate their story for potential investors.
The situation
The client had developed a new technology to refine black mass and intermediate commodity products into cathode active materials (pCAM) for EV batteries. They needed a strategic roadmap to go to market, analyze their technology’s competitiveness, and define a compelling value proposition for various players across the EV value chain, including OEMs, cell producers, miners, refiners, and black mass producers.
