Patricia Martinez CEO, Cormetech
Patricia Martinez CEO, Cormetech Patricia Martinez joined Cormetech in August 2024 to lead the company into its next phase of innovation in emissions control and carbon capture. She has a proven track record of growing businesses in the natural gas value chain across all major energy markets. Since 2021, she has led the delivery of low-carbon energy solutions, with a particular focus on Electrification, CCUS (Carbon Capture Utilization and Sequestration), Bio Energy, and Hydrogen. Patricia also serves on the NOV and Par Pacific Boards. Martinez has spent over 25 years in the industry, which includes stints at Dupont, Shell Oil, and TPG backed Valerus Compression Services which was sold to Enerflex. At Enerflex, Martinez served as President of Latin America for 8 years before being appointed Chief Energy Transition Officer. Patricia is known and respected as a thought leader around global natural gas and its role in the energy transition. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Marketing from Universidad Argentina De Empresa and an MBA from Houston Baptist University.

Jon Goldsmith SVP Renewables, Par Pacific Holdings Jon Goldsmith has served as SVP, Renewables since May 2023. Prior to joining Par Pacific, Mr. Goldsmith served as Managing Director of Business Development – Emerging Energy for Phillips 66. Prior to that, he served in a variety of engineering and business development roles with Phillips 66, ConocoPhillips, and Turner Construction. Mr. Goldsmith holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and a master’s degree in engineering management, both from University of Colorado.
Guy Braden SVP, Commercial, Cameron LNG
Guy Braden SVP, Commercial, Cameron LNG Guy Braden is Senior Vice President, Commercial, of Cameron LNG. Guy is responsible for the commercial operations of Cameron LNG, including administration of the Liquefaction, Tolling and Regasification agreements, cargo and feed gas scheduling and all related commercial and supply chain management matters. Guy has over 30 years of experience in the natural gas, power and chemicals industries. Prior to joining Cameron LNG in 2016, Guy spent 14 years with ENGIE where he led ENGIE North America’s LNG commercial operations and business development functions and also played a key role leading the startup and growth of ENGIE’s commercial and industrial power business as head of supply, operations and risk management functions. Before his tenure at ENGIE, Guy served in a variety of commercial and analytical roles at Dynegy and Exxon Chemical. He began his career as a nuclear submarine officer in the US Navy. Guy holds a Master of Business Administration from The University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from the United States Naval Academy

Alberto Laveran EVP, Corporate Development, Vantage Specialty Chemicals Alberto Laveran serves as our Executive Vice President, Strategic Initiatives. He joined Vantage in 2020 where he initially restructured the company’s LATAM region consolidating eight country-led organizations into a thriving centralized region headquartered in Bogota, Colombia. Laveran is an experienced chemical industry executive with more than three decades of international experience as a global leader of business and functional organizations. He spent 22 years with The Dow Chemical Company, with 14 years in finance roles and eight years in business management. Laveran did his undergrad from the School of Economic Sciences at the University of Buenos Aires, and completed his doctorate in business economics at the Universidad del Sur.
Elim Yeoh VP, Biofuels Growth Americas, bp
Elim Yeoh VP, Biofuels Growth Americas, bp Elim Yeoh, is the Head of Biofuels Growth, Americas at bp. Previously, she spent 20+ years at Chevron, concluding as Director, Global Renewables Partnerships, where she led teams in developing commercial strategies for RNG, SAF, and other decarbonization solutions. A proven leader in safety, commercial acumen, and innovation with diverse technical and commercial experience, she earned her Executive MBA from UC Berkeley.
Dave Conover VP, Govt. Relations & Communications, Kinder Morgan
Dave Conover VP, Govt. Relations & Communications, Kinder Morgan Mr. Conover is Vice President of Government Relations and Communications for Kinder Morgan, Inc., one of the largest energy infrastructure companies in North America. His responsibilities include overseeing the company’s government and community relations activities and managing external and internal communications. Prior to joining Kinder Morgan, Mr. Conover was Managing Director of Grayling USA’s Washington, D.C. office, where he also led the energy, environment and sustainability practice. His government service was at the U.S. Department of Energy and the United States Senate, and he held senior positions at CH2M HILL and the Bipartisan Policy Center. Mr. Conover holds a J.D. cum laude from the Georgetown University Law Center and a bachelor’s degree with highest honors from the University of Virginia.

Ryan Eslicker Head of New Energies Origination – NA, Uniper
Ryan Eslicker Head of New Energies Origination – NA, Uniper Ryan Eslicker is the Head of New Energies Origination – North America at Uniper. Prior to this role, he was the director of the EDF Inc. renewable energy and clean fuels investment and development team. Prior to joining EDF, Eslicker was a member of the Phillips 66 Emerging Energy team in Houston, TX, serving as the lead for global hydrogen development activities along with renewable feedstocks/fuel, carbon capture, and battery materials segments. Eslicker has over 14 years of professional experience within the energy industry across roles that have focused on finance, optimization, strategy, business development, and commercialization across the midstream and downstream value chains.
