We developed an initial view on the production processes of key manufacturers, outlining the core steps: washcoat slurry preparation, washcoating, drying and calcination, and final labeling and packaging.

The focus of these interviews was to gather detailed information on their processes, including the level of automation, number of operators, production line design, and waste management and recycling practices.
