Jonatas Melo President, Baystar
Jonatas Melo President, Baystar Jonatas Melo joined Baystar in 2024. Jonatas brings extensive leadership experience across commercial management, business strategy, product management, supply chain, and corporate finance to lead Baystar through a period of rapid growth, as the Company introduces Borstar® technology to North America. Prior to joining Baystar, Melo spent 13 years with Borealis in progressively senior roles in the Middle East, Asia, and Europe; most recently as Global Vice President of performance materials, where he led the consumer products and infrastructure industry clusters. Prior to joining Borealis, Melos worked with ExxonMobil and Cosan in South America. Melo holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Sao Paulo, Brazil; an MBA (honors) from IMD, Lausanne, Switzerland; and a Certificate in Global Management from INSEAD, Singapore.

Jon Goldsmith SVP Renewables, Par Pacific Holdings Jon Goldsmith has served as SVP, Renewables since May 2023. Prior to joining Par Pacific, Mr. Goldsmith served as Managing Director of Business Development – Emerging Energy for Phillips 66. Prior to that, he served in a variety of engineering and business development roles with Phillips 66, ConocoPhillips, and Turner Construction. Mr. Goldsmith holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and a master’s degree in engineering management, both from University of Colorado.

Guy Braden SVP, Commercial, Cameron LNG Guy Braden is Senior Vice President, Commercial, of Cameron LNG. Guy is responsible for the commercial operations of Cameron LNG, including administration of the Liquefaction, Tolling and Regasification agreements, cargo and feed gas scheduling and all related commercial and supply chain management matters. Guy has over 30 years of experience in the natural gas, power and chemicals industries. Prior to joining Cameron LNG in 2016, Guy spent 14 years with ENGIE where he led ENGIE North America’s LNG commercial operations and business development functions and also played a key role leading the startup and growth of ENGIE’s commercial and industrial power business as head of supply, operations and risk management functions. Before his tenure at ENGIE, Guy served in a variety of commercial and analytical roles at Dynegy and Exxon Chemical. He began his career as a nuclear submarine officer in the US Navy. Guy holds a Master of Business Administration from The University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from the United States Naval Academy

Elim Yeoh VP, Biofuels Growth Americas, bp Elim Yeoh, is the Head of Biofuels Growth, Americas at bp. Previously, she spent 20+ years at Chevron, concluding as Director, Global Renewables Partnerships, where she led teams in developing commercial strategies for RNG, SAF, and other decarbonization solutions. A proven leader in safety, commercial acumen, and innovation with diverse technical and commercial experience, she earned her Executive MBA from UC Berkeley.
Dave Conover VP, Govt. Relations & Communications, Kinder Morgan
Dave Conover VP, Govt. Relations & Communications, Kinder Morgan Mr. Conover is Vice President of Government Relations and Communications for Kinder Morgan, Inc., one of the largest energy infrastructure companies in North America. His responsibilities include overseeing the company’s government and community relations activities and managing external and internal communications. Prior to joining Kinder Morgan, Mr. Conover was Managing Director of Grayling USA’s Washington, D.C. office, where he also led the energy, environment and sustainability practice. His government service was at the U.S. Department of Energy and the United States Senate, and he held senior positions at CH2M HILL and the Bipartisan Policy Center. Mr. Conover holds a J.D. cum laude from the Georgetown University Law Center and a bachelor’s degree with highest honors from the University of Virginia.
Jason Padilla VP, Product Management & Marketing, Waukesha
Jason Padilla VP, Product Management & Marketing, Waukesha Jason Padilla is the Vice President of Product Management at INNIO, bringing over 20 years of experience in the energy and oil & gas industries. Since 2019, he has led the full product lifecycle from concept to launch, a career path he began at General Electric and Waukesha Gas Engines. Before his corporate tenure, Jason served eleven years as a U.S. Navy submarine officer. He holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from the U.S. Naval Academy and an MBA from the Florida Institute of Technology.
Ani Kulkarni CEO, Cavendish Renewable Technology (CRT)
Ani Kulkarni CEO, Cavendish Renewable Technology (CRT) Ani Kulkarni is a Senior Technologist with 20 years of direct experience in developing fuel cells, electrolysers and hydrogen storage systems. He is the CEO and Founder of Cavendish Renewable Technology (CRT). Ani was employed for 12+ years with CSIRO’s Energy Business Unit, managing several key projects in electrolysis, hydrogen and Ammonia energy systems. Ani obtained his Ph.D. in Materials Engineering from New Mexico Tech, USA. He has authored 50+ science and technology publications, including original research papers, invited reviews, patents and book chapters. Ani has also worked as Principal for Hydrogen at Fortescue Future Industries (FFI), Cabot Corporation in USA and Atlas Copco Ltd. He also hold advisory positions for two start-up companies and New York based venture capital fund.

Ernest Peeples VP, Business & Economic Dev., Entergy Ernest Peeples is the Vice President of Business and Economic Development for Entergy Texas. Peeples is responsible for fostering economic growth in the Entergy Texas service area through collaborative business development efforts with state and local agencies. He also oversees the company’s major industrial accounts team. Prior to joining Entergy Texas, Peeples served as a consultant with L&G Holdings, where he led client engagements around business development opportunities in the areas of oil & gas strategy, retail marketing and product trading and origination. Previously, Peeples held leadership roles in business development with BP, Vopak, Shell and Amoco. In addition to his professional role, Peeples serves on the boards of directors for the Lilydale First Baptist Foundation and the Wheeler Avenue Inner City Visions charity golf committee. He previously served as a director for the Houston Area Urban League. Peeples graduated with a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Morehouse College and a master’s degree in business administration from Cornell University.

Since 2009, ADI has completed over ~1,000 projects for ~400 clients including ExxonMobil, Aramco, BASF, GE, Microsoft, KKR, and U.S. Department of Energy. Uday brings ~25 years of experience in oil & gas, energy, and chemicals at ExxonMobil, ConocoPhillips, Booz, and ADI. He has a PhD in fuel science from Penn State and an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin. Uday has published over 100 articles, holds two U.S. patents, and has won awards from U.S. National Academy of Engineering and American Chemical Society. He has been featured in the Wall Street Journal and on National Public Radio and other media outlets and serves on the board of directors of Cavendish Renewable Technology.
