- The Mexican Government, through Aeropuertos y Servicios Auxiliares (ASA), announced launching of a pilot SAF blending project at the Mexico Fuel Station this year.
- LanzaTech selected North Sea Port in Ghent, Belgium, as the site for Europe’s first commercial-scale Alcohol-to-Jet (ATJ) facility, part of the FLITE consortium.
- EcoCeres signed a Letter of Intent with the Dongguan Municipal Government to establish the first complete SAF supply chain in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area (GBA).
- Reduciner, a Finnish deep-tech startup, raised €3.6 million ($3.9 million) in seed funding to commercialize a proprietary thermochemical process that converts captured CO2 into carbon monoxide for e-fuel production.
