- Air New Zealand received 132,000 gallons of SAF in Wellington, New Zealand. Produced by EcoCeres in China using 100% used cooking oil, this SAF was supplied and blended by ExxonMobil.
- Sedona Airport (KSEZ) in Arizona announced it has begun receiving a steady supply of SAF.
- Kintetsu World Express (KWE) announced it has signed an agreement with IAG Cargo to expand the use of SAF.
- The European Investment Bank (EIB) and Cepsa have signed a ~$307 million loan agreement for the construction of a biofuels plant in Palos de la Frontera, Andalusia.
- px Group, an integrated infrastructure solutions business, has announced that OXCCU, a renewable energy technology provider, will develop first-of-a-kind (FOAK) demonstration plant at its Saltend Chemicals Park in Humber, UK.
- Phillips 66 announced the complete conversion of the Rodeo Renewable Energy Complex, which will now produce 800 million gallons of renewable diesel and SAF annually.
- Maire announced that its subsidiaries, Kinetics Technology (KT) and NextChem, have been awarded an EPC project by HOLBORN to develop a hydrotreated vegetable oil (HVO) complex at HOLBORN’s refinery in Hamburg, Germany.
- Aether Fuels has secured $34 million in Series A funding aimed at scaling up its proprietary Fischer-Tropsch (FT) technology for creating SAF.
