  • The Singapore Airlines Group, which includes Singapore Airlines and Scoot, plans to replace 5% of conventional fuel with SAF by 2030.
  • Rolls-Royce announced that it has completed compatibility testing of 100% SAF across all its currently produced civil aero engine types.
  • Virgin Atlantic has received authorization from the U.K. Civil Aviation Authority to operate flights using 100% SAF.
  • Boeing joined the Aviation Initiative for Renewable Energy in Germany (Aireg) to collaborate on advancing the adoption of SAF.
  • Stockton Airport announced a partnership with Atlantic Aviation and Avfuel to provide SAF to jet fuel customers in Northern California.
  • Southwest Airlines announced a 20-year offtake agreement with USA BioEnergy for ~680 million gallons of SAF.
  • Air France-KLM has invested in DG Fuels to complete the development work required for the Louisiana-based SAF plant.
  • Boeing and Zero Petroleum announced a partnership to collaborate on testing and analyzing e-SAF.
  • CVR Renewables has selected Honeywell Ecofining technology for a potential SAF plant.
