Investment momentum grew with Bain Capital backing EcoCares and Dimensional Energy to develop CO₂-to-SAF technology, while Comstock Technology demonstrated progress in woody biomass conversion. ANA pursued SAF via steam/CO₂ reforming with Raven, and the Illinois General Assembly boosted production through a $2 per-gallon SAF credit.
