His insights into this technology’s technical and economic complexities provided valuable context for understanding the challenges and opportunities in the field.
Lucke said the industry did not help with the performance of past projects, as they were trying to tweak the technology as they went. Additionally, while mid-construction, they sometimes made changes last minute, which could kill the project.
