ADI Analytics helps a number of private equity investors with due diligence on transactions. Our work with Arsenal Capital Partners is one example of such work. In 2013 we supported Arsenal with the acquisition of Flowchem, a specialty chemical manufacturer. We were then approached by Arsenal again in 2016 to advise and support them in selling Flowchem. We Synthesized and distilled our research and findings into strategic implications which resulted in Flowchem’s sale.
