An integrated oil and gas major sought detailed technology assessment of wet gas and multi-phase compression technologies and turned to ADI Analytics. ADI completed the following as part of the study:
- Profiled several research projects globally that are seeking to advance wet gas and multi-phase compression
- Identified all wet gas and multi-phase compressor OEMs and detailed technology differences, strengths and weaknesses as well as identifying the most successful companies and technologies
- Interviewed a number of experts including operators and individuals at research institutes in order to gauge the level of advancement in the technology, technology receptivity, potential benefits and downsides to the technology, and barriers to entry
