ADI Analytics is a rapidly growing boutique consultancy focused on serving energy and chemical companies. We are always seeking talented professionals interested in consulting and/or energy and chemicals.
Our junior staff — analysts and associates — typically have bachelors or masters degrees in engineering or business. Energy or chemicals industry experience is preferred but not necessary. Senior staff — managers and advisors — typically bring at least five years of oil and gas, energy, or chemical sector experience. In all candidates, we look for energy, enthusiasm, intellectual curiosity and horsepower, flexibility and adaptability, and a desire to serve clients.

Career path
ADI Analytics offers a flexible career path that respects staff interests and aspirations. Key grades of our career path are described below:
- Analyst – New hires with limited or no experience start as analysts and are eligible for advancement after 2-3 years with the firm and demonstrated proficiency in primary and secondary research, analytics, and industry knowledge.
- Associate – Early career professionals who are eligible for advancement after 2-3 years with the firm and demonstrated proficiency in research, analytics, report writing, presentations, client interactions, and industry knowledge.
- Manager – Professionals with 5-7 years experience who are eligible for advancement after 2-3 years with the firm and demonstrated proficiency in working with clients including presenting deliverables, managing project teams, performing research and analytics, supporting the firm leadership with business development, and industry knowledge including development of marketing collateral.
- Advisor – Professionals with at least seven years of experience, deep industry knowledge, differentiated viewpoints, and proven client engagement, project delivery, and business development capabilities.
