Led a comprehensive two-phase project to review of the upstream portfolios for a national oil company covering conventional, unconventional, offshore, and oil sands assets. ADI’s contributions included:
- Developed framework to evaluate and review upstream asset portfolios in collaboration with the client team
- Identified and create analytics, fact base, and toolkit necessary to evaluate asset portfolios including models for cash flow forecasting, investment analyses, risk and uncertainty assessments, and scenario planning
- Developed best-performing asset portfolios in multiple scenarios and facilitated a workshop with senior client staff to brainstorm portfolio options and define target portfolio
