ADI Analytics is organized a one-day forum focused on all options to monetize North American natural gas and NGLs. The shale and unconventional revolution has dramatically increased the supply of oil, natural gas, and natural gas liquids (NGL) in North America. That coupled with limited domestic demand is offering opportunities to monetize the new natural gas and NGL supplies. However, a number of factors – commodity prices, global demand and supply dynamics, technology and innovation, workforce changes, and government policies and regulations – will impact the natural gas and NGL monetization landscape creating a need for this comprehensive forum.
Our primary goal was to facilitate robust conversations and meaningful networking on the current state and outlook for natural gas demand and options to profitably monetize North American gas. We had structured the forum as a series of discussions where attendees asked questions and engaged with speakers during presentations which also included views from ADI’s North American Natural Gas Monetization Advisory service.
Agenda
Our forum started with an outlook for oil and gas including how capex will evolve with changes from OPEC deal to the new Trump administration. Each of the dozen presentations on our agenda featured actionable insights on gas use in power, industrial, and marine fuels; small- and large-scale LNG; gas and NGL conversion to fuels (GTL) and chemicals. We wrapped up with perspectives on regulations, innovation, and OEMs.
